Top New Year Cocktails

Basically cocktails can be classified as Whisky-based Cocktails, Rum-based Cocktails, Gin-based Cocktails, Vodka-based Cocktails and Brandy-based Cocktails. We have just given 2-3 examples on how to prepare a cocktail.

Snowball: Shake the advocaat and lime juice together. Pour into an ice filled highball. Top up with lemonade.

Gin & Cherry sling : Put some crushed ice in the glass. Pour on the Hendricks Gin, followed by the De Kuyper Cherry Brandy. Top up with soda as desired.

Cranberry Kick : Half fill a highball glass with cubed ice. Pour in 1 shot of De Kuyper Cranberry Liqueur and 1 shot of Russian Standard Vodka. Top with cranberry juice. Stir the ingredients together. Add a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Fruity rum punch : Half fill glass with crushed ice. Pour in 0.75 measure orange juice, 0.5 measure lemon juice, 2 drops of Angostura Bitters and 0.75 measure of woods 100 dark rum. Mix with a muddling spoon. Garnish with a wedge of orange if desired.
